Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Lumiere Jewelry piece. If you are not completely satisfied, here is how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You may return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with any included accessories.

How to Start a Return

Email lumiere.jewelry.help@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply within 24 business hours with a prepaid return label (for eligible US orders).
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us and we will help you exchange — most size exchanges ship free within the US.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
