Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time & Rates

Standard (USPS / UPS): 3–7 business days
Express (UPS / FedEx): 1–3 business days

Free standard US shipping on orders over $50. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly from the link in that email.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us at lumiere.jewelry.help@outlook.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
